 What a fun evening we had as spectators on the Belt Line.  Next year we'll be better prepared and will make our lanterns!

Summer Fun

We had a wonderful summer! And ended it with a nice trip to Orlando.  We spent a couple of days at Cocoa Beach where Lola thought it would be funny to pick the nose of a totem pole.  

We were joined by Auntie LaShara Aunt Mary and Bryce who is now 5 going on 35!

Just before Auntie Lashara and Bryce and Aunt Mary headed back to Memphis and Jackson Lola and Bryce got free backpacks from a local retailer.

Lola starts 4th grade tomorrow!!!  She should look a little happier!?

Spring 2016 Piano Recital

Hard to believe we are at the end of the 3rd grade.  Lola really has had an incredibly memorable year.  Watch out 4th grade here comes a Star!

Camp Merryweather

Girl Scouts hosted a Mother/Daughter camping weekend at Camp Merryweather.  2 nights in a cabin totally off mtje grid.  Luckily the weather was amazing!  It was a lot of hard unexpected work for the parents but the kids had a blast.  Canoeing, horseback riding, a night hike and overall sisterly love.

District Science Fair

Lolas team scores 2nd place at the district science fair.  Way to go girls!

Easter Weekend

It was a cold and rainy Easter Weekend.  We were super busy.  Lola recited a lovely poem for Easter service and attended an indoor Easter egg hunt.
