Painted Eggs

i remember when you used food coloring to paint eggs, now its so fancy the eggs have to be warm!! and you paint with gold foil and stickers! We had a good time and painted a few good ones.

I later read Lola's book of bible stories and explained how Easter Eggs have little to do with the death of Christ.

Egg Hunt 2011

We had a busy Easter Weekend! But somehow the kids managed to muster enough enough energy for the Easter Egg Hunt. With a little help Lola managed to score a basket full of eggs, filled with candy and money. As you can see the competition was fierce with more seasoned hunters.

Pre-Ballet Rehearsal

Lola's been working hard at ballet. She seems to really love music and dance. And has developed alot of rhythm. She's learning to express her softer side on a song that Mommy was listening too....

The big recital is next month!

i whip my hair back and forth

we headed to Jackson last weekend for baby Bryce's baby shower and Lola got the party started by being a dancing queen. I'm not sure where she learned these moves, but definitely not from ballet.

Ringling Brothers

We had a busy social month which ended with the circus. Lola loved the circus and has already requested a return trip. Lola has had a rough week, she had strep throat and scarlet fever and has been a trooper throughout the week. She spotted a pony as we walked out the door and I was happy to buy it for her.
