Newest Family Member

Please meet the newest family member Pokie...because his eyes poke out...but I call him Stevie Wonder because he can't see too well...he's a Blackmoor Goldfish...he hasn't been feeling so great lately...so I figured we should photograph him as much as possible!  Lola has been a very dutiful parent, and noticed right away when Stevie wasn't feeling good!

Teasley Science Fair

Lola and her two buds worked on the science fair this year.  Their project the Solar Oven!  We built a solar oven from a pizza box, insulated it and stuck it outside in 45* weather.  The results?  We were able to melt crayons, cheese, butter and soften chocolate.  Way to go girls!!  The even made the Teasley Times

Holiday Recital

Lola has been very deligent practicing for her holiday recital.  She nailed Jingle Bells and looked like a rock star doing it!  

These kids have the life!

Lola's crew got together for some holiday cheer and pampering.  I found a groupon for a kids mani/pedi and the shop also gives facials for the girls and they can get their dolls hair done.  It was quite an experience!  Lola you better not chip the polish off!! 

This Girl is on Fire

We play dominos often while visiting with Grandpa.  Lola has turned into a Domino Wiz.  She sings "This Girls Is On Fire" when she dominos!

Girl Scouts Ice Skating

Lolas Girl Scouts troop had a fun night on the ice.  It was Lolas first time ice skating.  Although she fell a lot she really enjoyed herself!

Thanksgiving Cruise

The Varnells are hoping to start a new family tradition of cruising at Thanksgiving.  We hope this will be the start of it!  We sailed on Princess and stopped in Grand Cayman and Cozumel.  Although Lola was bummed about not getting her passport stamped she/we had a really good time!
